What time does the show open?

Gates are open to the public from 10:00am each day and close at 5.00pm on Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday.

Will there be a cash point on site?

Yes there is a cash point on site. The official marshalls will be able to direct you. 

Are credit cards accepted on the gate?

Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.

Do I have to pay for my kids?

 No kids 0-14 are free of charge, but you do need to order them a ticket in advance. Max two tickets per paying adult, each extra child £5.00.

Can I bring my pet?

Dogs are not allowed on the show site but are allowed in the camping area, but must be kept on a lead.

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, there is a bar on the main show site plus a campers bar in the golf course club house.

Are there food units on site?

There are many food units on site open throughout the day and food is available for campers at the golf course club house.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

You can bring food into the main show site but not acoholic drinks. No restrictions apply on the camp site. DO NOT DRINK DRIVE ON SITE.

Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?

There should be a photographer taking photographs for you to buy on the day. Details will be in our show guide on the day.

Are BBQ’s allowed on site?

BBQ’s are permitted as long as they are off the ground.

Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?

As part of our commitment to make the VolksWorld Show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent PIP form showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

How can I buy a ticket?

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions. If you have take out refund protection please visit the website where you will be taken through to a refund process.

Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 10.00am at the higher price.

I've bought my ticket but is it secure?

Yes, totally.  Each number on the barcode is unique and can only be scanned once.  You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as your driving license) along with your ticket clearly printed to gain entry.  We will validate your ticket for entry.  If for some reason you are unable to provide sufficent ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate.

What do I do if I want to buy a ticket for a gift?

You will be asked during the transaction who you are buying the ticket for, you must type in the recipient’s name here. They should bring the confirmation email, ticket and relevant ID to confirm they're the named recipient given during the order.

My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?

Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment.  Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team (details below)

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Entry is FREE for two children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional children are £5 each. You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

Why haven't I recieved my ticket?

If you haven’t received your tickets and you’re leaving for the event, Don’t panic! We have a ticket collection point by the ticket booths at the entrance, where a member of staff will be there to help. Please bring with you your confirmation email and we will be able to issue you with the correct tickets at the event.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshals will direct you

Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?

Not inside the show, but arrive early and you can park in one make parking. Marshals will direct you.

Can we camp the night before the show?

You can arrive on Friday from 13:00 until 22:00.

Are there toilets on site for campers?

Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs.

Are there showers on site?

Yes, there are free showers available

Are there electrical connections on site?

No, there are not any electrical hook ups available.

Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home?

Yes you can bring any of these.

Is there a family/quiet campsite?

No, the camping area is mixed.

Can I park my car next to my tent?

Yes you can park next to your tent.

Can I leave site and then come back in?

Yes, 07.00 - 22.00 each day.

Do children require a camping ticket?

Yes, they are free to children under 14, book online.
